The site
office is open seven days a week 9am - 5pm. The cabin key can be
collected and returned from the office. For key collection after
5pm, please telephone the office in advance and arrange for the key to
be left in the cabin door. Site office: 01766 540219/540555. The
key can be returned to the office or deposited in the Key Return slot
in front of the site office.
The Cabin is available from 2pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated at 10am on the day of departure.
Weekly holiday bookings run from Saturday to Saturday.
The cabin is available all year except November.
Please be careful with the
facilities provided in the log cabin and report any damage
caused. The log cabin is inspected on departure and you may be
billed for any loss or damage found.

A non-refundable 50% deposit of
the cost of the holiday tenancy is required upon receipt of your
booking confirmation. If the deposit has not been received within
one week of the booking date, the booking will lapse. The balance
is required 4 weeks prior to the start-date of your holiday.
Any bookings made less than 4
weeks prior to the start-date of the holiday tenancy, will require full
payment upon receipt of booking confirmation.
Payments for single nightly bookings are requested in full, upon receipt of booking confirmation.
Prices quoted include all electricity for heating, lighting, cooking and hot water.
If your short break rate
becomes greater than the weekly rate, the weekly rate will apply.
If you wish to then stay the week, please arrange this with us upon
booking.
A £20.00 surcharge is payable on single night bookings to cover additional cleaning costs
